Natural Hormonal Balancing

We are a series of chemicals such as hormones, enzymes and other nutritional components that must work in harmony. With the Metabolic Assessment Form and through specific saliva lab testing we are able to assess what areas may be depleted or out of balance. A nutritional protocol and dietary changes can be instituted and permanent changes can be made to help you reach your Highest and Best.

Mind-Body Techniques

Lead with your mind and your heart and body will follow. It would be very irresponsible to think that our mind and spirit do not play a significant roll in how we feel and heal. Lifestyle coaching will involve recommendations in perhaps yoga, meditation and ancient Chinese disciplines such as Qi Gong.

If you’ve been to a chiropractor before and prefer to be adjusted in a particular way, let Dr. Sherman know. We want you to relax, enjoy and fully benefit from your chiropractic care.
