They must have thought my parents were crazy!

As a child I suffered with severe asthma to the point that I was hospitalized many times and put on oxygen. After all medical routes were exhausted, my parents decided to make the bold move and bring me to Dr. Joe, our local chiropractor. I still thank my parents to this day! Not only did that experience heal my asthma, but it was then at 13, I new I wanted to be a chiropractor and help others!

I graduated from Logan college of Chiropractic in 1983 and practiced as an associate in NJ and NY with two other doctors for several years before opening my first chiropractic practice in Cary, NC.

Empowering a patient to get well and stay well is my first priority. It is imperative that all my patients leave this office smarter than when they came in. "True Health Comes from Within" and by incorporating Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Natural Hormonal Balancing, along with a Mind-Body connection we can achieve our goal together!

Balance Is Key

While I thoroughly enjoy my patients, balance has always been the key for me. Along with my wife of 25 years and my two wonderful boys we seek adventures and challenges throughout the whole world. Enjoying the outdoors and traveling has always played a big role in our family.

Quite often I will hear my children ask why don't we have a medicine chest filled to the brim with the latest and greatest drugs? I come from a family of chiropractors and everyone in my family has been adjusted since they were children! The same philosophy I share with my family is what I teach at my office. "You must take an active role in your own health".
