Chiropractic Adjustments — Neurological
There is no cell, organ or any part of the body that functions without talking to the brain first. That communication is done through the spinal cord which runs through your spine. A chiropractic adjustment is applied to release and promote that communication so your body can function at its Highest and Best. This may include Spinal adjustments, Trigger point Therapy and Deep tissue work.
Acupuncture Treatment — Energetical
We are all a massive bundle of energy. When that energy is out of balance, we begin to decline in our health. By stimulating acupuncture points in a specific fashion we can restore balance and allow the body to achieve it’s Highest and Best This may include Needling points or Non-needle techniques such as electrical stimulation and cold laser and Acupressure.
Natural Hormonal Balancing — Biochemical
We are a series of chemicals such as hormones, enzymes and other nutritional components that must work in harmony. Low energy, always achy, late afternoon sleepiness, with the Metabolic Assessment Form and through specific saliva lab testing we are able to assess what areas may be depleted or out of balance. A nutritional protocol and dietary changes can be instituted and permanent changes can be made to help you feel great again, full of energy and ready to take on the world!
Rehabilitation Exercises — Structural
You only have one body and if it wears out prematurely, there are no re-do’s. A series of exercises are necessary to maintain your structural integrity, especially since gravity is so persistent! Our work patterns, sleep patterns and general lifestyle habit’s all play a role. Strength and tone is the key to achieve your Highest and Best. This may include Resistive tubing, Ball balancing and Corrective active traction programs such as the Dakota or the Noodle.
Body/Mind — Spirit
Lead with your mind and your heart and body will follow. It would be very irresponsible to think that our mind and spirit do not play a significant roll in how we feel and heal. Lifestyle coaching will involve recommendations in perhaps yoga, meditation and ancient Chinese disciplines such as Qi Gong.
